The village is located in Torre dell’Orso, in the municipality of Melendugno (LE), Puglia, southern Italy. The address is Via Sant’Andrea, 73026 Melendugno. The resort sits between the bay of Sant’Andrea and the marina of Torre dell’Orso, in the heart of the Adriatic coast of Salento.

The village is approximately 1 km from the bay of Sant’Andrea and 2 km from the beaches of Torre dell’Orso. The affiliated beach club is reachable in a few minutes by the shuttle service included in the Club Card.

Otranto is approximately 10 km from the village, easily reachable by car in about 15 minutes. It is one of the most visited destinations in Salento, with its Aragonese castle, cathedral and crystal-clear waters.

Nearby you will find the Sea Stacks of Sant’Andrea (800 mt), the Cave of Poetry at Roca Vecchia (4 km), the Alimini Lakes (6 km), Otranto (10 km) and Lecce (35 km). The location is ideal for exploring the best of the Adriatic Salento coast.

By car from the north (A14 motorway): exit at Bari Sud, then take the SS16 Adriatic road towards Brindisi/Lecce, then follow the coastal road to Melendugno/Torre dell’Orso. From the west (Naples/Rome): take the A16 motorway to Taranto, then the SS7ter towards Lecce. The nearest airport is Brindisi (approximately 45 km), with car hire or taxi connections available. The nearest train stations are Lecce and Maglie.

Check-in is from 4:30 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. Late check-out until 12:00 PM is available on request and subject to availability with the Gold Formula.

The minimum stay varies depending on the season. Shorter stays are available on request with a supplement per person per night. Please contact us to check availability for your preferred dates.

Yes, on request it is possible to arrange stays starting and ending on days other than Sunday, subject to availability.

The village has 124 rooms, all with independent entrance and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini fridge, safe, telephone, shower and hairdryer.

Three room types are available: Standard Room on the ground floor for 2 people with the option of a third bed or cot, Triple Room on the ground floor with an equipped private patio for 2 adults and 1 child, and Family Room on the first floor with bunk beds for 2 to 4 people.

Yes, accessible rooms for guests with disabilities are available on the ground floor, subject to request at the time of booking.

The Comfort Room is similar to the Standard Room but features a small private paved patio with table and chairs. It is available with a weekly supplement per room, which is not subject to discounts or reductions.

The mini fridge is stocked on request. With the Gold Formula, the first supply is included from the moment of arrival.

Yes. Children aged 3 to 14 stay free of charge in a room with 2 adults. Conditions vary depending on the period of stay. Please contact us for details about your preferred dates.

Yes, children aged 0 to 3 (not yet 3) are always free of charge, with a dedicated menu included. A cot is available on request subject to availability. Your own travel cot is also welcome at no extra charge.

Yes. The village has a miniclub for children aged 3 to 11 and a junior club for teenagers aged 11 to 16, with scheduled activities throughout the day. There is also a toddler play area, a playground and daytime and evening entertainment.

Absolutely. The pool features a beach-effect entry designed for young children. The restaurant offers high chairs, a baby menu for the youngest guests and the option to prepare food brought by parents.

The swimming pool covers approximately 1,100 sqm with an irregular shape and a beach-effect entry. It is equipped with a poolside bar and a solarium with sun loungers and parasols, subject to availability.

The village is affiliated with a beach club at Alimini, reachable in a few minutes by the shuttle service included in the Club Card. Beach service is available at an additional charge.

Yes, the shuttle service to and from the affiliated beach club is included in the Club Card.

The village offers a buffet breakfast in an air-conditioned indoor dining room and table-service meals in an air-conditioned outdoor dining area. The kitchen serves traditional local dishes and national recipes, with themed evenings every week. Water and house wine are included with meals.

Gluten-free cooking is available on request. However, specific gluten-free products are not provided by the resort and must be brought by the guest.

Yes, a baby menu is available for the youngest guests. It is also possible to prepare food brought by parents.

The Club Card includes the shuttle service to and from the beach, use of the swimming pool with solarium, sports facilities, daytime and evening entertainment, miniclub, junior club, tournaments, group sports classes, aqua gym, fitness, evening shows and piano bar. All activities are suspended on Sundays.

On site you will find a tennis court, a five-a-side football pitch and a fitness area. In the surrounding area it is possible to go horse riding, guided cycling tours, snorkelling, scuba diving, canoeing and boat trips.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the resort. Internet workstations are also available in the main hall.

Yes, internal parking is free of charge and unsupervised.

The Gold Formula is a premium package that includes breakfast in your room on request, beach service in the first or second row, beach towels with a mid-week change, first mini fridge supply, one daily newspaper, twice-daily room cleaning and late check-out at 12:00 PM. It must be booked in advance and paid on site, subject to availability.

If required by the municipality of Melendugno, the tourist tax must be paid on site at check-out.

Yes. Corte del Salento and the Masseria Giammarino are available as venues for parties, weddings, corporate events and celebrations of all kinds. A professional banqueting service is available.
